The Cardoza

Legal · Privacy & Cookies

Your privacy, in plain language.

The Cardoza is a small Dallas–Fort Worth creative studio, and we keep this simple: we only ask for what we need to answer you, we never sell it, and we use a couple of everyday tools to keep the site working and spam-free. Here's exactly what that means.

What we collect

The details you send us.

When you reach out through our project form, you can share your name, your business, your email, your phone number, and details about what you're planning. You decide what to tell us — nothing more is required than what helps us understand your project.

We use that information for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and figure out whether we're the right fit to work together. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone trying to market to you — ever. It stays between you and The Cardoza.

Analytics & cookies

How we read the room.

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets small cookies in your browser so we can see how people find and move through the site — which pages are useful and which ones aren't. It's about the site as a whole, measured in aggregate, not about you as an individual.

You're always in control: you can clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings, and the site will keep working just fine.

Spam protection

Keeping the junk out.

Our project form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell real people apart from bots. It keeps spam submissions out so your message actually reaches us. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and may set its own cookies to do that job — it's there to protect both of us.

Reaching us

Questions? Just ask.

If you have a question about your information — or you'd like us to delete what you've sent — the best way to reach us is through the form on our Connect page. Tell us what you need and we'll take care of it.
